Bihar election results: Nitish Kumar leads saffron splash-24/11/10

(CONGRATS AND GOOD WISHES FOR BIHAR'S BRIGHT AND SPEEDY DEVOLOPMENT IN THE FUTURE.!!!....IN HEART WE ALL KNEW THAT NITISHJI'S NDA IS GOING TO WIN SINCE BEIGNING,THIS IS WHAT WE WISHED ALSO,AND EXIT POLLS AND REPORTS WERE INDICATING,SO AS NEWS ON MEDIA,AND BYTES OF PEOPLE INDICATING THAT THEY WANT PEACE,LAW AND ORDER,DEVOLOPMENT,EDUCATION...ETC!!!''GADDHA BHAR GAYA HAI',AB 'PRADESH NIRMAAN' KA VAQT AAYA HAI.SAB MILKER HAATH BADHEIN,AUR SUR MEIN SUR MEILA KAR,PURRE TAAL MEIN KADAM BADHEIN,EK NAYEI SUBHAH KI TARAF PRASHTHAN KAREIN-NAI AASHA KI KIRAN INTAZAAR KAR RAHI HAI!! KARM KARO,FAL ZAROOR MILEGA!!!....VIKASIT AUR KAMYAB BIHAR KI MANZIL INTAAZAR KAR RAHI HAI!!!

NITISHJI! YOUR "GARV/SWABHIMAAN YATRA" PAID YOU BACK!!EVEN I AM WRITING HERE CONSTANTLY AND CONSISTENTLY ABOUT BIHAR,AND WILL ALWAYS WRITE,IF IT CAN MAKE "DO BOOND" DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE'S MINDSET.ITS CAME OUT OF TAG OF "BIMARU STATE", BUT STILL THERE IS "MILES TO GO".

I AM JUST LISTENING TO YOUR PRESS CONFERENCE RIGHT NOW!! CONGRATS AND GOOD WISHES TO YOU ALL,SO THAT YOU ALL COMPLETE WHATEVER PLANS FOR FUTURE OF BIHAR ARE THERE IN THE 'PIPELINE',BUT ARE PENDING!!!. EVEN I BELONG TO THAT STATE,AS IT IS MY MAYKA. BIHAR HAS "RISEN FROM THE SHADOW OF BAD GOVERNENCE,CRIME,KIDNAPPING UDHYOG,RANSOMS,RANGDARI,LOOT-PAAT,LACK OF EDUCATION SYSTEM AND INTEREST IN IT,LACK OF BASIC HEALTH SYSTEM AND FACILITIES,BASIC AMENITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURES,RUNNING AWAY OR MIGRATION PROBLEMS,ETC"!!

NOW PEOPLE WANTS TO INVEST THERE AND LIVE THERE .NOW THEY ARE NOT GETTING BEATEN-UP,WHEN THEY GO FOR EXAMS OR WORK TO MUMBAI,OR IN OTHER STATES.FILMS 'SHOOL','AAPAHRAAN',ETC HAD SHOWN TOTAL COLLAPSE OF SYSTEM AND UNCONTROLLED LAWLESSNESS AND CRIME IN SEVERAL SHADES(WHICH WAS ALSO A REALITY).

I HOPE IN COMING YEARS,BIHAR'S REFLECTIONS WHICH WOULD BE A REALITY,I BELIEVE, WILL BE SHOWN IN A POSITIVE WAY,BECAUSE OF STATE'S,AND IT'S PEOPLE'S ACHIEVEMENTS ANDALLROUND GROWTH!!!

"GLASS AADHA BHARA HAI,AAISI SOCH MANN KO,UTSSAH,SANTUSHTI KA BHAV DETI HAI,PER GLASS AADDHA KHAALI HAI,AAGAR ISSKA AHSAAS BHI SAATH-SAATH RAHE TO UNNATTI AUR SUDDHAR KI GUNNJAISH BANI RAHTI HAI!!!

GOOD WISHES BIHAR!!!....VIBHA.)

PEOPLE WANTS EMPLOYMENT AND GOOD ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDIES,SO THAT THEY DON'T LEAVE THEIR STATE FOR SMALLER JOBS OR GENERAL STUDIES.(THOUGH FOR BETTER OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPOSURE,GOING TO OTHER STATES OR EVEN COUNTR0IES ARE NOT WRONG)!!!I AM SURE REST OF THINGS WILL FOLLOW.

MAIN POINT IS 'SUSTAINABILITY AND BALANCED ALL ROUND GROWTH OF THE STATE AND PEOPLE LIVE THERE'!!

GOOD WISHES TO RISING AND EMERGING STATE BIHAR,AS IT IS 3RD LARGEST STATE OF OUR COUNTRY. ITS ECONOMIC AND ALL ROUND GROWTH WILL BE BETTER FOR COUNTRY'S GROWTH.LEADERS INCLUDING OPPOSITION AND WHOLE POPULATION NEED TO WORK TOGETHER,SO THAT POPULATION OF BIHAR BECOME 'ASSET' FOR OUR COUNTRY,AND NOT 'A LIABILITY' OR 'A BURDEN'. AS BECAUSE OF LAW AND ORDER SITUATIONS,CRIME, POVERTY AND POPULATION- PEOPLE USED TO CALL IT A "CANCER" IN INDIAN MAP,WHICH USED TO BE 'A GAURAV' AND ITS HEART(SEE THE MAP OF INDIA) FOR 'BHARATVARSH' MAP.

SHRI LALLUJI HIMSELF THINK WHAT HAS HE GIVEN TO BIHAR AND WHAT HAS HE DONE TO BIHAR IN HIS AND RABRIJI'S LONG TENURE AS CM???

HE WILL UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE HAS WRITTEN HIM OFF???

....BIHAR IS STILL A BACKWARD STATE,BETTER THAN ORISSA,BUT STILL NEED RIGHT PERSON TO GOVERN THE STATE,AND ERADICATION OF POVERTY,LAWLESSNESS,BACKWARDNESS IN TOTALITY. CONTROL ON CORRUPTION AND DEVOLOPMENT NEEDED SIMALTENIOUSLY.ONLY THAN CORRUPTION AND CRIME CAN CURB OR ERADICATE TOTALLY,OR WILL BE IN CONTROL FROM GRASS ROOTS,THOUGH RECENT CASES OF CORRUPTION ARE PROOFS THAT EVEN WELL DOING,REPUTED,RICH PEOPLE,OR PEOPLE BELONG TO WHICH EVER CLASS,STRATA,PROFESSION ARE INDULGED IN CORRUPTION,AS IF IT DO NOT BOTHER THEM!!!

EVEN COMMON PEOPLE HAVE 'CHALTA HAI ATTITUDE'FOR IT.AS 'ISKI AADAT SI HO GAYEE HAI'.'ISKE BINA(BRIBE) KUCCH HO NAHIN SAKTA'!!!PER SIRF BOLNA YA SHIKSHA DENA AASAAN HAI,'ANTI CORRUPTION' KO MOOLBHOOT ROOP SE 'SWABHAV MEIN SHAMIL KARNA KATHIN HAI'!!!)

ONE NEED(EVEN STATE) TO DO 'DOUBLE EFFORT' TO 'COME OUT CLEAN AND RISE OR EMERGE OF ANY "TAINT" OR "KHANDIT IMAGE" OR 'SITUATIONS'.WHETHER ITS 'REAL' OR 'SO CALLED'!!!

HOW???

THAT ONE KNOW WHEN THEY STAND IN THE FRONT OF 'THE MIRROR'OR DO 'ATMAMANTHAN',OR 'VICHAAR-VIMARSH'.BUT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE,IF ONE IS READY TO WORK WITH DETERMINATION.

ONLY 'REAL DETERMINATION','EFFORT','SUPPORT','OWN VISION' CAN 'HELP IN RISING' STEP BY STEP,TAKING CARE OF PRIORITIES ONE BY ONE,OR AS MUCH ONE CAN HANDLE COMFORTABLY.

THIS TIME WHOLE MEDIA HAS DONE VERY BALANCED REPORTING.NITISHJI HAS PRAISED THEM,AND THANKED THEM BY SAYING-"AAP LOGON NE VOTERS KE MANN MEIN UMMEED JAGA DI HAI,YEH BHI BADDI BAAT HAI"!!! GOOD WISHES TO ALL!!!GOOD WISHES FOR THIS 'OUTSTANDING'ACHIEVMENT AND A GOOD BEIGNING AHEAD'!!!

.....MERA BIHAR MAHAN,SO AS MERA BHARAT MAHAN!!!

MERA HINDUSTAAN AUR MERA INDIA BHI MAHAN!!!.... VIBHA TAILANG)

The NDA alliance of JD(U) and BJP, led by Nitish Kumar, appears set for a landslide two-thirds victory in the Assembly elections in Bihar with the ruling combine surging ahead in 180 of the 240 seats for which trends were available.

JD(U) is ahead in 102 seats while its partner BJP is leading in 78 seats in the elections to the 243-member House while Opposition RJD-LJP alliance was way behind with 37 seats.

Congress, which went alone in the elections, was leading in five constituencies. Others are ahead in 3 seats.

The emphatic mandate for Nitish Kumar declares that Bihar has finally transcended its caste politics and voted for an administration that provided good governance.

The caste configuration of the RJD-LJP and Lalu's trite slogans of Dalit pride has fallen by the wayside, analysts said. LJP chief Ramvilas Paswan might well be completely marginalised in Bihar politics, they feel.

Lalu Prasad Yadav has also lost the support of the Muslim community which has voted en masse for the JD(U), irrespective of its alliance with the BJP. This has very little to do with the fact that Nitish put his foot down on the possibility of Narendra Modi campaigning for the BJP, they feel. "Narendra Modi is not a factor in Bihar politics," they said, adding, "Muslims have voted only for Nitish Kumar."

The Congress had hoped to ride on Rahul Gandhi’s charisma but could not make a dent again. The party will marginally improve its last Assembly election tally of eight seats.

RJD chief Lalu Prasad, who trashed exit polls results calling it a media bias, has refrained from speaking on the trends.

Senior BJP leader Arun Jaitley said Bihar has voted to change its future. He said Nitish and his deputy Sushil Kumar Modi gave people hope; their work washed away the fear and despair the people had felt during the previous reigns.

“When the alliance won in 2005, people dismissed it as a negative vote perpetuated by the anger the electorate felt towards the last regime. It is a positive vote this term,” he said. Jaitley also took a dig at the Congress party which has fared dismally these elections. “Today's victory is a message to national politics. Today's victory says meritorious leadership has triumphed over dynastic politics – the kind that depends on family glamour,” he said.

Surprisingly, the BJP has made phenomenal strides in the NDA alliance by being up in nearly 27 seats – almost 50 per cent up from last time. This also indicates that BJP has done better than JD(U) these Bihar elections. The BJP, in fact, has swept urban Bihar.

"There is a new hope for Bihar. It reaffirms many political myths will go underground. The biggest myth is a Congress resurgence. Congress is no longer relevant in any part of the country," BJP spokesperson Prakash Javedekar said

The counting of votes for all 243 Assembly constituencies began this morning amid tight security.

Counting for the Banka parliamentary constituency, where a by-election was held, began simultaneously at 8 am.

Counting has been taken up in 42 centres, mostly in the district headquarters towns, where central paramilitary forces have been deployed.

A total of 3,523 candidates have been in fray including 1,342 Independents.

In the outgoing House, the ruling parties JD(U) and BJP have 88 and 55 seats respectively. RJD and Ram Vilas Paswan's LJP have 54 and 10 respectively. Congress has 9 seats. 122 is the magic figure required for any coalition or party to form a government.
