(I KNOW THAT WRITING ABOUT EVERYTHING SOUNDS AS IF I HAVE AN AUTHORITY TO SPEAK ON EVERYTHING, BUT AS AN INDIAN CITIZEN I CAN PEN DOWN MY OPINION OR SUGGESTIONS ON ANYTHING,ANY NEWS OR ANY ISSUES.I THINK 'SHRI RAM BHAGWAN OR ALLAH OR PAIGAMBAR SAHEB' ALWAYS TAUGHT LOVE,HARMONY,UNITY,HUMANITY,SACRIFICE,JUSTICE,TRANQUALITY,PEACE....!!! THEY WERE LIVING EXAMPLE OF IT(THOUGH MYTHOLOGICAL).

SO WHY OR WHAT FOR WE ARE FIGHTING AND READY TO KILL EACH OTHER ON THE BASIS OF RELIGION!!

'MUZHUB NAHIN SEEKHATA,AAPAS MEIN BAIR RAKHNA,HINDI HEIN HUM WATAN HEIN,HINDUSTAN HUMARA!!!'.

IN MY OPINION 'BY JOINT EFFORT',THERE SHOULD BE A UNIQUE STRUCTURE GET DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED BY BOTH'S CONSULTATION WHICH CAN BE AN EXAMPLE FOR WHOLE WORLD AND HUMANITY AND GENERATIONS TO COME. CAN BE MADE BY PEOPLE'S CONTRIBUTION AND CAN TAKEN CARE BY A TRUST CONSISTS OF ALL. IT SHOULD BE A GREAT EXAMPLE OF 'SARV,DHARM,SADHBHAV AND SAMBHAV'...CAN HAVE HOSPITAL WHICH HAS ALL TRADITIONAL AS WELL AS MORDERN MEDICAL FACILITIES, SO AS GURUKUL KIND OF OPEN SCHOOL AND OPEN UNIVERSITY,IT CAN BE RESIDENTIAL,CAN HAVE RESIDENTIAL AASHRAMS FOR PEOPLE,SPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS. WHICH AGAIN CAN BE EXCELLENT MIX OF ALL PERIODS...ANCIENT,MIDIEVAL,MORDERN. A PLACE FOR COMMON PEOPLE,YET ELITE(AS EVEN KINGS KIDS USED TO LEARN IN SUCH SCHOOLS/UNIVERSITY),CAN RUN BY PEOPLE'S FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS, CONSTRUCTED BY PEOPLE'S SHRAMDAAN ALSO, IT SHOULD BE FOR PEOPLE AND BY PEOPLE,WHICH REMINDS US OF 'BHARAT EK KHOJ'.FREE FROM ALL THAT IS BAD AND NOT ACCEPTABLE TODAY,OR IRRELEVANT.EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF RELIOUS HARMONY AS WELL. I HAVE BEAUTIFUL IDEA AND CONCEPT FOR IT...IF ITS ACCEPTABLE FOR ALL...ONE CAN LEARN ABOUT PARIWAR,CAST,CREED,REGION,RELIGION,STRATA,RICH,POOR,DESI-VEDESHI,COMMUNITY...ALL KIND OF DIVISIONS AND VARIETY, SO THAT THEIR MINDSET BECOME 'FREE' FROM ALL 'VAAD' AND DIVISIONS, LIKE PARIWARWAD,CASTESISM,REGION AND RELIGION,OR STATUS QUO ETC. AND UNDERSTAND UNITY IN DIVERSITY AND OUR COMPOSITE SOCIETY. THERE PEOPLE CAN BE TAUGHT ABOUT ALL KIND OF FINE LINES AND THE LAKSHAMN REKHA'S. THEIR RIGHTS AND DUTIES,AND ABOVE ALL..TO BELIEVE IN HUMANITY AS THE ULTIMATE!!...RESPECT EACH OTHER'S FEELINGS AND FAITHS AND HELP EACH OTHER. AND GROW ALL ROUND TOGETHER WITHOUT ANY GREED AND VICES AND BECOME SAMARTH AND SWABHIMANI!!!IF I AM NOT WRONG IN KASHI OUR VISHWANATH TEMPLE AND A MOSQUE IS JOINTLY CONSTRUCTED..OR IT IS VERY CLOSE,ONE WALL HAS BUILT AT SAME PLACE!....GOOD WISHES!!...VIBHA

Ahead of the crucial hearing on the 'highly sensitive' Ayodhya case in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the government on Monday said the two sides should either resolve the matter through negotiations or accept the court verdict. The comments from Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee came on a day when related stories

the government indicated its readiness to maintain law and order situation in the country.

Supreme Court will, on Tuesday, hear a public interest litigation seeking deferment of the judgment by the Allahabad High Court in one of India’s longest running legal disputes.

A day before the Allahabad High Court judgment was to be delivered (on September 24), the Supreme Court had stayed it for a week. The high court had decided to deliver the much-anticipated verdict on whether the land belongs to Sunni Central Wakf Board or to the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha.

The case has been lingering in courts since 1949.

"We are waiting for the court verdict. There are two solutions to this issue that both the Congress and the government would accept," Mukherjee said in Murshidabad district of West Bengal.

Asked about the Centre's stand on the 60-year-old dispute, Mukherjee replied: "The two contesting parties who filed the Ayodhya title suit have to resolve the matter among themselves through discussions. If it was not possible, then the court verdict has to be accepted."

The Supreme Court has asked the government's top law officer, Attorney General G. E. Vahanvati, to be present during the hearing. It means the court could pose a few questions to the government on the issue.

Law Minister M. Veerappa Moily and Vahanvati had met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh last week after the Supreme Court deferred the judgment.

The issue of stand to be taken by the government before the apex court was understood to have been discussed in the meeting.
