Firstly its a hypocracy and double standard of our indian constitutional laws. When we say we all have equal rights. then why are they using the reservation system in every field. its not only education also is goverment jobs there are reservations. It will be great if every individual male, female or transgender gets the admission or job on bases of merit. At least BU took a bold step to come forward and start the process, still we have to do more to remove the barrier of this caste systems and reservation systems.

literacy will give more better vision and allow them to create their own existence all over the globe and india will also recognized accordingly. Thanks to BU and all other universities should come forward or central government should make it mandatory. Specially request to hon.Kapil sibal to regularise this all over the india.

THIS IS REALLY GREAT NEWS. MORE LITERACY MORE PROSPERITY MORE PROGRESS MORE HAPPINESS .

Nice.

They are also Human Beings after all...and all Human Beings should be treated as Equals.

It is nice that they are beginning to get recognised in the Educational sphere as well...

They are on their way to a Just and Equitable world.

There should be separate columns to include the third gender in all the Government forms. Transgender should be recognised by the society. They should not be considerd as any lesser than other people. They should not be compelled to make their livelihood by dance and acting as pimps for brothels. God made them like that, and it should be regarded like any other deformity like lame, blind etc. I am against reservation of all sorts, but all human beings should be allowed equal opportunity to grow up in life. Those who harass the transgenders should be punished very severely so that they do not repeat it again. In western countries, the transgenders are very much part of the society, then why not in India?

Excellent Plan.....

Welcome ......

it will help to recognize and respect the Transgenders People in society

They too have a heart and feelings to be understand but none of us respect their feelings....

these plan will really help them to portray their talent and help to divert their way from sex workers to good CITIZENS...
