Indian skipper MS Dhoni does not want to be drawn into the ‘numbers’ game. He is not worried about ratings and is keen to start on a winning note. Injury worries have plagued the team but Dhoni sees that as an opportunity for youngsters to make an impression.

“A lot of times this question has been asked to us and to each and every member. We are not thinking about ranking but about doing well on the field. We know if we do well in the session and continue that way the whole day and play that way in the whole Test match, rankings would take care of themselves. What’s important is to play good cricket and play to our potential,” said Dhoni.

This comment is in the context of after injuries of V.V.S.laxman,Rahul Dravid,Yuvraj Singh,Rohit...some new faces were included.....in Nagpur Test...

I 100% agree with this view of Captain Mr M.S.Dhoni...nice way to motivate/encourage new commers. But it applies on every one.

As news says...India lost Nagpur test....first time in Dhoni's captaincy...Good wishes for all the new matches.
