About shri kapil sibbal ki duur-drishti!

what little I have read about this document passed by cabinet and will be tabled in the Parliament is...it may scrap 10th board exams...grading system will be implemented...primary education will be compulsory,...and free...25% reservation for poor and backwards in all classes will be compulsory...even in private schools!..etc..

Later on they may try to think about SEX EDUCATION in schools(talking about it publically can still make people uncomfortable, this WORD is still a taboo in our society)...so it may be (will be )difficult task for them.(they need to create awareness and concensus before taking decisions, so that this idea get accepted and people can digest it well...as talking it in respect of health( diseases-and preventive knowledge), anatomy- physiology, morality and values, or protection laws and general awareness), so, I think this issue should be added as CHAPTERS in biology science...as Reproduction system is already taught in it...we don't need to add it as a SUBJECT ....

Exclusivily religious teachings in Madarsas need to be checked as these students...still cannot compete with mainstream competetiveness...and can not get admissions in Prestigious colleges for higher education, or get jobs easily or adjust with all... instead of reservation given to minorities! They need to taught CBSE courses!

Even earlier, before our time, students use to face only one board exams...that was higher secondry(class xith)...and then 2yrs graduation(pass course)...and one yr (honours-specialization/optional-not compulsory)...by our time, it changed...10+2+3...though different states had different policies initially...but now more or less...this is a norm...now once again thing will CHANGE, as burden of books....trauma of failure causing depression or incidents of students committing suicides increased, ...even students getting above 90% marks don't get admissions in schools of their choice, or streams of their choice....at times students forced to take subjects according to their results and marks in subjects and finally loosing interests in those subjects in seniour classes...etc...

Now people are finding solutions for it...If I think...what they think(or vice-versa)...then it shows even I can think...may be in the right direction...

It may give extra time to students who otherwise don't get much time for tuitions and coachings for competetive exams, lessen up pressure/burden of studies on them...so that they can prepare for these exams held between or just after board exams(xiith)...so that can persuade their hobbies, extra-cirricullar activities(exceptions are always there), or take time out for bit other work as well...like..travelling, or other family get togethers, functions...

It may encourage talents who has extra-ordinary talent in other fields and can give relief to them...so that they can persuade their passion, ambition,desire,...to be a professional sports person, theatre person, dancer, singer, musician, artist, sculputorist,Photographers, fashion designers, jewellary designers, Cinema, media...etc...'Kheloge kuddoge hoge kharab, padhoge likhoge banegoe nawab'...may be peoples mindset has changed by now...but need more support for these kind of professions, so that they get more recognition, respect and boost...not only in school or College level as players, but as a trainer and coach...PT or Yoga teacher, etc...it applies to creative fields as well...

They can get job in private, public, government institutions, offices as a trainer and coach or a teacher ...(and not just as a honorary manager)... to pick up and groom talents from there as well, who not only can make our country proud in different fields(though these extra ordinary people are less in numbers)....but it will enhance average peoples personality and discover hidden talents in them and that can boost these people's confidence level. Recreation is always refreshing physically, phychologically and mentally, and make them fit and cheerful and constructive, then sitting idle and gossiping in free time(usually everyone has it....mano ya na mano!..some people may start playing politics in these activities also...Sikke ka dussra Pahlu)....

And if one can dedicate full time to their profession in making, as not just as a hobby, with out getting bullied, for taking more interest in it instead of studies(in school time--as they need to begin early in life)...if they won't fail and can be a graduate...so that they do not feel ashamed of fact, when they have to fill any form(specially in their kid's -school forms--As Mr. M.S.Dhoni said once)-he enrolled himself for graduation after 9yrs gap, but not getting time to give exams b'coz of Imp.Cricket matches!!)....In my opinion, till higher secondry people need to study general subjects, so that they have general knowledge of basics of every subjects like other mainstream subject students and then get equivalent degrees according to the level of games they played/or other creative profession they are in...for eg;...as some of them conferred by honorary degrees of Doctrate by different universities!!!

We can check the fact that many of sports person...(specially...in team games)...musicians...artists...(of every stream)earlier...do not even went to the schools...were illetrate...exposure of world wide travel in and out of country, interaction with bigwigs and common people(fans)...made them confident and practical...managers were there to support them....but now they are (next generation)studying in schools...even College...but are not as great artist as Late Shri Bismillah Khan, or Shri Amjad Ali Khan saheb...may be more devotion and dedication in their prospective field is needed...so WAY OUT only Mr. Sibbal and team can find out so that, these people can be graduate...instead of whatever background they belong to...(small town students, or villagers has more difficult times, specially if they belong to rigid or middle-class or poor class...for GIRLS it is more difficult)...

Then only, our country can get more medals and trophies, more grammies and more oscars, and other international awards...and of course national appreciation. Extra ordinary Sports person or an Artist or Actors or other creative person...can not born after doing just a crash course in summer vacations( it may sharpen or Polish their talent)...they are born GENIUS of their own field!

I WISH now even CARTOONING should get boost up and get recognition as a full fleged JOURNALISM subject and not just a topic in JOURNALISM COLLEGES as it need to be an allround journalistic acumen,...no less then any Editor of a newspaper..(to be a legendry CARTOONIST, OR IN MAKING)...as it is now...so that it should not become a DYING ART ...and need to also get recognized by LALIT KALA ACADEMY as an ART FORM and need to taught in ART COLLEGES as a subject...and not just a topic..as Aditi and others studied....becoz one need to be good artist to draw cartoons or caricature people's faces...in fact its more difficult!!We all know CARTOONS are MIRROR of a Democracy...it shows how much SENSE OF HUMOUR we have in accepting FLAWS of our policies...system,and personality(Well, its CARTOONISTS personal opinion or perspective)!!! How many of us can have guts to say, 'Don't Spare me ...!

( THAT doesn't mean CARTOONISTS doesn't praise people around them and in the society....its not that they are totally NEGATIVE in their thinking...its just that they caution you...or you can say lightly that they are WATCHDOG of MANKIND...!!!...

(CARTOON is suppose to be NEGATIVE ART,which tries to point out problems so that it gets rectified or reformed,...Cartoonist reacts on the basis of NEWS, not CREATE NEWS)..

Well, they can be as loveable and kind,a good human being as any other professionals in their personal life!!!
With him even I became a bit of perfectionist and maybe a WATCHDOG!!!

And I believe MEDICINE karvi ho ya mitthi, Aacche Sehat ke liye zaroori hai!!!

Sudhirji to science mein graduation ker doctor banna cahte the...aaccha hai Cartoonist bun kar Politicians and others ko disect ker rahe hain...per tammam Catoonist aspirants soch kar rah jate hain...parivaar ka support nahin milta quonki...isse ek subject ki trah nahi padhaya jata hai to....degree aur subject mein lani padhti hai.

Even just to be eligible to apply and get admission in Prestigious theatre college NSD after 3 round tests, one need to perform ,before applying, atleast 12 plays professionally with known groups, other then school co-curicullar activities...even in Delhi College of Art and in other professional courses...one need to go through 2 round of tests!!!

Whatever I am writing is already exists in our education system in some forms, but what is needed is to widen its horizon from grassroots level and give boost to it specially in getting it implemented!...It will also create new avenues for not only students but also for teachers...of every fields...this is what we also need in this period of recession and increasing Population.....!!!

Today I saw a prog on DD...GEN NEXT...little bit...Professor.Yashpal and Dr. Nagpal was discussing edu bill with school teachers and students...I think only one point where I disagree with them is... I think higher education is also very important, you cannot ignore these intellectuals, academicians, specialized professionals,engineers,doctors,defence...mainstream lucrative professions...but these fields are over populated...vocational studies also exists...so as creative art and sports...but these fields are badly taken care of/ignored...so it needed reforms from grass root level and respect as well...becoz only successful people of these fields get respect and facilities.!!!

These are my point of view...my perspective written by my work and general experiences and common sense/ my sensebilities!...My qualifications has not much to do with it.

Nice to read that from next year xth board exams will be optional. Even YOGA will be introduced in all the schools...we had it in kendriya vidyalaya in school time....and some changes are going to be done in Medical studies.Best wishes Sir!!!In ASSAM govt made it mendatary that every doctor has to work in a village for a year initially.Good decision, in my opinion.

Recently news of autrocities in a school by teachers on students...or recent mishappenning in a delhi school is really shocking and sad.
